  • Benign solitary polypoid lesion
  • Usually arises in a maxillary sinus
    • Opacifying and enlarging the maxillary sinus without bone destruction.
    • Passes through the sinus ostium into the choana
    • From choana it passes into the posterior nasopharynx.
