DISIDA (acute) scan sample dictation

HISTORY: The patient is [] year-old [] with []. Evaluate for cystic duct obstruction.

PROCEDURE: Dynamic images of the liver and anterior abdomen were obtained for [] minutes following the IV administration of [] mCi of Tc99m-DISIDA. Morphine (2 mg) was administered IV at [] minutes.


FINDINGS: The hepatobiliary scan shows prompt, homogeneous hepatic uptake. There is visualization of activity in the intrahepatic and extrahepatic biliary trees at [] minutes, and the gallbladder at [] minutes. There is normal biliary-to-bowel transit (first noted at [] minutes).


[Normal/Abormal] radionuclide hepatobiliary scintigraphy.

1. No scintigraphic evidence of cystic duct obstruction.
