DISIDA (acute) scan sample dictation
HISTORY: The patient is  year-old  with . Evaluate for cystic duct obstruction.
PROCEDURE: Dynamic images of the liver and anterior abdomen were obtained for  minutes following the IV administration of  mCi of Tc99m-DISIDA. Morphine (2 mg) was administered IV at  minutes.
FINDINGS: The hepatobiliary scan shows prompt, homogeneous hepatic uptake. There is visualization of activity in the intrahepatic and extrahepatic biliary trees at  minutes, and the gallbladder at  minutes. There is normal biliary-to-bowel transit (first noted at  minutes).
[Normal/Abormal] radionuclide hepatobiliary scintigraphy.
1. No scintigraphic evidence of cystic duct obstruction.
