GI bleed (RBC) study sample dictation
HISTORY: The patient is  year-old  with . Evaluate for source of gastrointestinal bleeding.
PROCEDURE: Dynamic images of the anterior and posterior abdomen and pelvis were obtained for  minutes following the labeling of the patient's red blood cells with  mCi of Tc99m-pertechnetate.
[A static planar image of the abdomen and pelvis was obtained at 4 hours.]
FINDINGS: The radiolabeled RBC's bleeding study shows no foci of abnormal increased activity in the abdomen or pelvis throughout  minutes of imaging. There is no abnormal focal activity in the delayed static image.
IMPRESSION: [Normal/Abormal] radiolabeled RBC study.
No evidence of active gastrointestinal bleeding.
