Procedure: Anterior and posterior whole-body images were obtained approximately 24 hours following the readministration of the patient's white blood cells radiolabeled with 0.5 mCi In-111.

[SPECT/CT images of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis with reconstruction in the transaxial, coronal, and sagittal planes were obtained for further evaluation.]

Findings: The In-111 WBC scan demonstrates physiologic radiotracer activity within the liver, spleen, and axial marrow.
